White supremacist kills nine Black worshippers at Emanuel AME Church

A white supremacist gunman killed nine Black worshippers during Bible study at Emanuel AME Church in Charleston, South Carolina. Federal prosecutors treated the attack as a hate crime and an act of racial terror against one of the country's historic Black churches.
