Scott Kupor sworn in as OPM director

Scott Kupor, former managing partner at venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz, was sworn in as director of the Office of Personnel Management. During his Senate confirmation hearing, Kupor pledged to review OPM's data privacy and data protection practices and said DOGE workers were not currently accessing OPM systems.
