DOJ subpoenas Rhode Island Hospital for transgender youth medical records

The Department of Justice issued a subpoena to Rhode Island Hospital demanding five years of medical records for all minor patients treated for gender dysphoria, including names, parents'' names, diagnoses, and Social Security numbers. The subpoena was part of a nationwide DOJ campaign to obtain transgender youth medical records from hospitals across the country. Rhode Island Hospital initially resisted compliance.
