US and Iran begin high-level nuclear negotiations in Oman

High-level indirect talks open in Muscat, led by US special envoy Steve Witkoff and Iranian FM Abbas Araghchi, mediated by Omani FM Badr al-Busaidi. Both sides describe talks as "constructive."
