El Paso Walmart shooter kills 23 people in anti-Latino attack
A gunman killed 23 people and injured many others at a Walmart in El Paso, Texas. Federal prosecutors said the attacker targeted Hispanic people and he later pleaded guilty to federal hate-crime and weapons charges.
