Supreme Court Saves Free Preventive Care but Expands RFK Jr. Oversight Power
The Supreme Court ruled 6-3 that the Affordable Care Act's requirement for free preventive care remains constitutional, preserving no-cost coverage for cancer screenings, contraception, and vaccines for 150 million Americans.
