House Rules Committee advances farm bill with E15 attached

The House Rules Committee voted 9-4 to advance a procedural rule for floor consideration of the farm bill, FISA extension, and DHS funding. Leadership agreed to attach year-round E15 fuel sales to the farm bill after passage, and included anti-CBDC language on FISA to win over privacy hawks. Rep.
