Kyle Anthony Clark is convicted for voting from the Pima County Jail

A Pima County jury found Kyle Anthony Clark guilty of illegal voting, and the court sentenced him to 3.5 years in the Arizona Department of Corrections. The Arizona Attorney General disposition log says Clark voted in the 2020 general election while he was an inmate at the Pima County Jail and his rights had not been restored after felony convictions. The Arizona Court of Appeals later affirmed Clark's conviction and sentence. The case put one jail-voting prosecution through a jury verdict and an appeal, creating a stronger record than an allegation alone.
