Iran halts all uranium enrichment after U.S.-Israel strikes and blocks IAEA inspectors

Iran's foreign minister announced in November 2025 that no uranium enrichment was occurring at any Iranian facility following joint U.S.-Israeli airstrikes in June 2025 that damaged Natanz, Isfahan, and Fordow. Iran blocked IAEA inspectors from damaged sites and terminated a September verification agreement (the "Cairo Agreement") after the IAEA Board passed a resolution demanding transparency on November 20.
