On Aug. 12, 2025, ALT5 Sigma announced that it closed the $1.5 billion offering led by World Liberty Financial. The company said Zach Witkoff became board chair, Eric Trump became a director, Zak Folkman became a board observer and Matt Morgan became chief investment officer.
