Federal authorities arrested Jenny Louise Cudd, then 36, of Midland, Texas, in a Jan. 6 Capitol breach case. The case involved entering and remaining in a restricted building, disorderly conduct, and aiding and abetting charges tied to the Capitol breach. NPR records that Cudd later pleaded guilty to entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds, was sentenced on March 23, 2022 to two months of probation, and later received a full pardon on January 20, 2025.
