Biden and Xi meet face-to-face at Woodside agree to resume military communications

President Biden meets Chinese President Xi Jinping for four hours at Filoli estate in Woodside, California, their first face-to-face meeting in a year and the first bilateral summit since the spy balloon incident poisoned relations. The two leaders agree to restore military-to-military communications, which China had cut in August 2022.
