Federal authorities arrested Matthew Carl Mazzocco, then 37, of San Antonio, Texas, in a Jan. 6 Capitol breach case. The case involved entering and remaining in a restricted building, disorderly conduct, violent entry, and parading or picketing in a Capitol building.
