Senate Judiciary Committee changes blue slip policy for circuit court nominees

Under Chairman Chuck Grassley leadership, the Senate Judiciary Committee modifies the blue slip policy for U.S. Circuit Court nominees, no longer requiring nominees to receive two positive blue slips from home state Senators before confirmation hearings.
