Georgia DA Indicts Trump on 13 Racketeering Counts for 2020 Election Interference

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis indicted Donald Trump and 18 co-defendants under Georgia's RICO statute, charging them with a criminal enterprise to overturn Georgia's 2020 presidential election results.
