SEC closes Robinhood Crypto investigation without enforcement action

On Feb. 21, 2025, the SEC staff told Robinhood that it had closed an investigation into Robinhood Crypto and did not intend to recommend enforcement action. The closure came after the agency created its crypto task force and began changing its digital-asset enforcement posture.
