Michigan courts reject Antrim County voting-machine fraud claims

The Michigan Supreme Court declined to review Bailey v. Antrim County, ending a lawsuit built around claims about Dominion tabulators and an independent audit. Justice David Viviano concurred that the plaintiff had no right to conduct his own separate audit of an election. The order kept audit authority with the process set by Michigan law, not with an individual voter seeking a private review of voting equipment.
