Kimberlyn Kay King-Hinds (born April 10, 1975, in Tinian, Northern Mariana Islands) is a Republican attorney and politician serving as the delegate to the U.S. House of Representatives from the Northern Mariana Islands at-large congressional district since January 3, 2025. She is the first woman from the CNMI to serve in Congress and the second person to hold the delegate seat. King-Hinds practiced law for over a decade in both Hawaii and the CNMI, focusing on family law, probate, and civil litigation. She previously chaired the Commonwealth Ports Authority and served on the Commonwealth Public Utilities Commission. In the November 2024 election, she won with 4,931 votes (40.34%), flipping the seat to Republican control for the first time in the territory's history.
