Unspent Inflation Reduction Act funds rescinded from DOE Loan Programs Office, EPA Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund, EPA Clean Heavy-Duty Vehicles, USDA sustainable forestry, DOT Neighborhood Access & Equity Grants, GSA, NOAA coastal resilience and weather forecasting, HUD Green and Resilient Retrofit Program, and school air monitoring programs.
