Epstein is found unconscious at MCC and placed on suicide watch

Jeffrey Epstein was found semi-conscious in his cell at Metropolitan Correctional Center with marks on his neck on July 23, 2019. MCC staff placed him on suicide watch and he was evaluated by prison medical personnel.
