Man arrested near Justice Kavanaugh home after plotting assassination

Nicholas Roske traveled from California to Maryland with a firearm and ammunition and was arrested near Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh's home. Prosecutors said Roske intended to kill Kavanaugh to affect Supreme Court decisions on abortion and gun rights; he later pleaded guilty and was sentenced for attempted murder of a Supreme Court justice.
