Federal authorities arrested Robert Sanford, then 55, of Boothwyn, in a Pennsylvania Jan. 6 Capitol breach case. The case involved civil disorder, assaulting or impeding officers with a dangerous weapon, restricted-building entry with a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct, and physical violence on Capitol grounds.
