Federal authorities arrested Anthime Joseph Gionet, then 33, of Houston, Texas, in a Jan. 6 Capitol breach case. The case involved parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building. NPR records that Gionet later pleaded guilty, was sentenced on January 10, 2023 to 60 days in jail and two years of probation, and later received a full pardon on January 20, 2025.
