Yarvin Launches Unqualified Reservations Blog as Mencius Moldbug

Curtis Yarvin, a San Francisco software developer, began publishing the blog Unqualified Reservations under the pen name Mencius Moldbug. The site argued American democracy was a failed experiment and called for replacing it with a CEO-style monarchy. Yarvin's writings became the foundation of what he and philosopher Nick Land later named the Dark Enlightenment.
