Tillerson certifies Iran JCPOA compliance for first time

Secretary of State Rex Tillerson certified to Congress that Iran was complying with the JCPOA. This was the first of four required 90-day certifications under INARA. Tillerson simultaneously noted concerns about Iran's terrorism sponsorship.
