Tina Peters lets Conan Hayes copy Mesa County's Dominion election server during secured software update

Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters arranged for Conan Hayes, a data expert connected to MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell's election-denial network, to enter a secured computer room during a Dominion Voting Systems software update on approximately May 25, 2021. Peters gave Hayes access using a county badge belonging to Gerald Wood, a local resident who had returned the badge and never authorized its use. Hayes copied images of the Dominion election server hard drives. Those images appeared online in August 2021 alongside partially unredacted passwords, triggering decertification of Mesa County's voting machines.
