Supreme Court reaffirms consular nonreviewability in Munoz

In Department of State v. Munoz, the Supreme Court ruled 6-3 that a U.S. citizen had no right to judicial review of the State Department's denial of her noncitizen husband's visa. Justice Amy Coney Barrett wrote the majority opinion. The decision reaffirmed that federal courts generally can't second-guess consular visa denials.
