Federal authorities arrest Daniel Page Adams in a Texas Jan. 6 case
Federal authorities arrested Daniel Page Adams, then 43, of Goodrich, Texas, in a Jan. 6 Capitol breach case. The case involved civil disorder, assaulting or impeding officers, entering a restricted building, and disorderly conduct tied to the Capitol breach. NPR records that Adams was later found guilty in a stipulated bench trial. The court dismissed the obstruction count. He was sentenced on December 10, 2024 to 26 months in prison and 36 months of supervised release, and he later received a full pardon on January 20, 2025. NPR's public Jan. 6 archive was checked against the linked U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia record before insertion.
