IRAP files Pacito v. Trump in W.D. Washington

The International Refugee Assistance Project filed Pacito v. Trump (No. 2:25-cv-00255-JNW) in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington on behalf of Pacito and Catalina — a couple from the Democratic Republic of Congo — and other approved refugees whose travel was canceled by EO 14163. The complaint argued EO 14163 violated the Refugee Act of 1980, the Immigration and Nationality Act, and the Administrative Procedure Act.
