Arizona indicts Robert Montgomery in the fake-elector case

A state grand jury indicted Robert Montgomery in Arizona's fake-elector case. The indictment says the defendants joined a plan to file Arizona electoral-vote documents for Donald Trump after state officials certified Joe Biden's win. A judge later sent the case back to a grand jury, and Attorney General Kris Mayes asked the Arizona Supreme Court to review that ruling. The charges remain allegations, and Robert Montgomery is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
