Supreme Court declines Ghislaine Maxwell appeal

The U.S. Supreme Court declined to hear Ghislaine Maxwell appeal of her federal conviction in the Epstein case. Maxwell argued that the 2007 non-prosecution agreement should have protected her, but lower courts rejected that claim. The denial left her conviction and 20-year sentence in place while congressional investigators continued seeking records and testimony.
