Federal authorities arrested Jorden Robert Mink, then 27, of Oakdale, in a Pennsylvania Jan. 6 Capitol breach case. The case involved obstruction, theft of government property, property destruction, restricted-building entry with a dangerous weapon, civil disorder, and assaulting or impeding officers.
