Federal authorities arrested Riley June Williams, then 22, of Harrisburg, in a Pennsylvania Jan. 6 Capitol breach case. The case involved civil disorder, obstruction, assaulting or impeding officers, theft of government property, restricted-building entry, disorderly conduct, and parading or picketing in a Capitol building. NPR records that Williams later was found guilty of civil disorder, assaulting or impeding officers, restricted-building entry, disorderly conduct, and parading or picketing. The jury did not reach a verdict on two other charges. She was sentenced on March 23, 2023 to 36 months in prison, 36 months of supervised release, 150 hours of community service, $2,000 in restitution, and a $270 assessment.
