Federal authorities arrested Rachel Marie Powell, then 40, of Sandy Lake, in a Pennsylvania Jan. 6 Capitol breach case. The case involved civil disorder, obstruction, property destruction, restricted-building entry with a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct, and physical violence on Capitol grounds.
