D.C. Bar files disciplinary charges against Jeffrey Clark over 2020 election conduct
The D.C. Bar''s Office of Disciplinary Counsel filed ethics charges against Jeffrey Clark for violating D.C. Rules of Professional Conduct, alleging dishonest conduct related to his efforts to use DOJ to overturn the 2020 election. The charges centered on Clark''s draft letter containing false claims of election fraud and his attempt to be elevated to Acting Attorney General to send it. Clark''s disciplinary trial began in March 2024.
