Trump Media registration for bitcoin treasury deal becomes effective

On June 13, 2025, Trump Media & Technology Group said the SEC declared effective the registration for its bitcoin treasury deal. Reuters reported the company raised about $2.3 billion through debt and equity agreements with roughly 50 investors.
