VA expands toxic exposure coverage to Vietnam-era veterans under phase two of the PACT Act

Second phase of PACT Act expands presumptive service connections to Vietnam, Korea, and earlier-era veterans for Agent Orange, radiation, and Camp Lejeune water contamination exposures. Adds 11 additional cancer types as presumptive conditions. Estimated 600,000+ additional veterans and survivors become newly eligible for benefits.
