Federal authorities arrested Leo Brent Bozell IV, then 41, of Palmyra, in a Pennsylvania Jan. 6 Capitol breach case. The case involved obstruction, property destruction, civil disorder, assaulting or impeding officers, restricted-building entry, disorderly conduct, and physical violence on Capitol grounds. NPR records that Bozell later was found guilty on all charges in a bench trial. He was sentenced on May 17, 2024 to 45 months in prison, 24 months of supervised release, a $505 assessment, and $4,729 in restitution. NPR records a full pardon on January 20, 2025.
