Trump Media files Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF registration statement

On June 16, 2025, Trump Media filed an S-1 registration statement for a Truth Social Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF. The filing said the fund would hold 75 percent bitcoin and 25 percent ether and use Crypto.com as custodian.
