DeSantis signs Florida redistricting map into law

Governor Ron DeSantis signed the legislature-approved congressional redistricting map into law on May 4, 2026, completing Florida's mid-decade redistricting. The law takes effect immediately for 2026 candidate qualifying, which opens in June.
