Vance Attends Funeral of Turning Point USA Founder Charlie Kirk

Vice President JD Vance attended the funeral of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk in Glendale, Arizona on Sept. 21, 2025. Kirk founded Turning Point USA in 2012 and built it into one of the largest conservative student organizations in the country; his death at 31 removed a major figure from the conservative movement's campus mobilization infrastructure ahead of the 2026 midterm elections.
