Yarvin coins RAGE (Retire All Government Employees)

Writing as Mencius Moldbug, Curtis Yarvin coined the slogan "Retire All Government Employees" (RAGE) in a 2012 blog post on Unqualified Reservations. The phrase proposed mass dismissal of career civil servants as a precondition for restoring executive control. RAGE later became the rhetorical template for Schedule F and DOGE-era staffing plans.
