World Liberty Financial pitches $1.5 billion WLFI treasury vehicle

On Aug. 8, 2025, Bloomberg reported that World Liberty Financial was sounding out major investors for a plan to create a public company holding WLFI tokens. The proposed structure targeted about $1.5 billion and would join the broader boom in digital-asset treasury companies.
