Trump endorses Paul LePage in Maine's 2nd District

President Trump endorsed former Gov. Paul LePage for Maine's 2nd District, calling him a "proven America First Fighter." LePage, who announced his House run in May 2025, became the prohibitive Republican favorite for the seat Golden was leaving. He had lost the 2022 governor's race to Janet Mills by 13 points.
