Ninth Circuit blocks Trump travel ban and protects approved refugees

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a lower court injunction blocking Trump's revised travel ban as applied to refugees who had already received approval through the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program. The court ruled that the administration could not revoke refugee status for individuals who had completed vetting and received lawful approval to enter the United States.
