AG Bondi Memo Rescinding Reporter Subpoena Protections Enables DOJ to Seize Source Records
Attorney General Pam Bondi issued a memo on April 25 rescinding Obama- and Biden-era policies that had protected journalists from federal subpoenas and seizure of source materials.
