CBP launches CBP One app for commercial trucking cargo inspections

U.S. Customs and Border Protection launches CBP One, a mobile smartphone application initially designed for commercial trucking companies to schedule cargo inspections at designated land ports of entry. The app is built for logistics use and is not initially available to migrants or asylum seekers. Within two years, the Biden administration will dramatically expand the app's purpose.
