180 FEMA workers send Katrina Declaration to Congress

More than 180 current and former FEMA employees, most signing anonymously, sent the "Katrina Declaration" letter to Congress warning that Trump administration cuts risk another Katrina-level disaster. The letter accuses DHS Secretary Kristi Noem and acting FEMA Administrator David Richardson of lacking qualifications and politicizing disaster response. It was released the week of the 20th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina.
