States and AFT Sue Trump Administration Over Education Department Layoffs

Twenty-one Democratic state attorneys general led by Massachusetts AG Andrea Campbell filed suit in U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, joined by a parallel case from the American Federation of Teachers.
