Grand jury indicts Trump and 18 co-defendants under Georgia's RICO Act

A Fulton County grand jury returned a 41-count indictment charging Trump and 18 co-defendants, including Rudy Giuliani and Mark Meadows, with operating a criminal enterprise to overturn Georgia's 2020 result. It was one of the largest racketeering cases in state history and the only one of Trump's four indictments brought by a local prosecutor.
